I made this tonight and it was actually pretty decent.....its good for a vegetarian night for the folks that like their meat (like we do!).
SAVORY SHEPPARDS PIE
1pkg.(12 oz.)BOCA Ground Crumbles
1pkg.(16 oz.)frozen mixed vegetables (corn, peas, carrots), thawed, well drained
1cupKRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses, divided
1/2cup mushroom gravy
1container(1-1/2 lb.)refrigerated mashed potatoes
Cook crumbles as directed on package; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
Top with mixed vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, gravy and potatoes.
Bake 40 min. or until heated through. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 min. or until melted.
