What do you do with it?

I don't want to cook spaghetti or anything with a red sauce. I'm thinking of using an alfredo sauce but wondering if you all have any other ideas.

I have been making a ton of non-red sauce pasta because it gives me heartburn while pregnant. I made a beef and noodle cassarole the other day that was good.

1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup

1/2 cup milk

1 cup frozen mixed vegetables

1 lb ground beef browned and drained

1/4 of a 12-ounce package medium egg noodles (about 2 cups), cooked and drained

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • Stir the soup, milk, vegetables, beef, noodles, Parmesan cheese and black pepper in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
  • Bake at 400°F. for 25 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Stir the chicken mixture. Sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
