I never knew so many people ate goulash, I can't get past my grandmother's terrifying version of it, lol. Everytime I here the term I flashback to being 10 years old and hiding it in a potted plant everytime she made it,lmbo
Oh I never asked for that recipe, lol. I know it featured macaroni and stewed tomatoes though.

Goulash is one ofthose meals that you like it or you don't. I like the kind that I make but not hat sother people make.
I made ... um ...not really sure what I made! lol. I took some leftover chicken and rice, threw it in a skillet with some frozen veggies and a can of cream of chicken soup and heated it. Then I put it in biscuits (in a muffin tin....like taco cups) and sprinkled some cheese on top and baked. Yum!! Guess I could call them chicken muffins.
Ended up making Spicy Apricot Snapper, with a salad, 30 minute rolls (I posted a recipe for this not too long ago) and green beans.

Oh, and I will probably make the fish with a spicy apricot glaze.
