I like Spam for sandwiches, with eggs or rice and in salads.

to be honest I never ate spam.  I am not a fan of canned meats.  But my dad LOVES to have fried spam sandwiches.  My DH ate a lot of spam when he was stationed in Hawaii.  Though I never asked how he liked to eat it.

Ewww, that pic just brought that distinctive smell back from childhood.  Honestly the thought alone is enough to make me nauseous.

I love it. I fry it up, put tomato sauce, green beans and corn. We also fry it up with eggs. Never ate it before I met my husband though

We used to have this occasionally when I was growing up, fried and in a sandwich or with fried potatoes on the side. And my dad used to take it when he went on fishing trips. I tried it again not long ago-not as good as my memory of it. It's on lots of menus in Hawaii-for every meal.
