I wish I knew! I am still trying figure out what to have for dinner at it is almost 4 o'clock.

Nothing really but looking at the pic kind of reminded me of fried pickles and I LOVE fried pickles. (I like fried green tomatoes as well but fried pickles better!)

I have heard of fried pickles, but have never had them. What kind of pickles do you use?
