I was at my sister's while she was recooperating from surgery, and cooking dinner one night. I was cutting corn off the cob and everyone there was amazed. I just assumed everyone knew this trick, but I guess not, so I'm sharing here. Take a bundt pan. Stick the small end of the corn in the hole in the middle, then when you cut the corn kernels off, they fall in the pan. instead of everywhere you don't want them. Anyone else do this?
