Might make some corn on the cob, green beans and hot dogs.

we are having buffalo chicken kabobs :).  I am not sure the side yet, but I had this premade salad that was called a superfood salad yesterday.  I am going to buy the ingredients to make my own today :).  It really energized me, which I didn't even expect.

Shrimp and crab salad. W cumcumber and celery.
On a tostada shell.

It's a fresh way bc it's so hot.

Change of plans....what i thought were either venison or hog ribs in the freezer was actually a really large slab of smoked kingfish. =P Too bad I didnt find out until AFTER it was thawed. DH needs to start marking ALL the meat bags in the freezer!!! So now we are having venison roast in the crockpot. Hoping it cooks ok because i threw it in frozen.
