chicken cutlet question....

I pulled out chicken to make breaded chicken cutlets for dinner....I realize I have no eggs....what else can I use to bread the chicken with?

Grey poupon. It gives a subtle flavor to the meat and works well sticking a crust on the chicken. (I use French fried onions)

 I've used melted butter before.  It works pretty well and gives the chicken great flavor.

 I've also used ranch dressing before.
