Recipes for Busy Moms Recipes for Busy Moms

The biscuit(s)!!!!  A couple of weeks ago, I had several cans of "canned" biscuits to pop in the fridge.....so I had this recipe for Pull Aparts that I found and put those popped biscuits to use.  I doubled the recipe and used a 17 x 12 pan.  I left out the nuts because I did not have any on hand.

PULL APART CAKE - cooks.com

4 pkgs. buttermilk biscuits
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1 stick butter
1/2 lb. brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Grease a 13x9 inch pan. Cut biscuits into 1/4 inch pieces. Combine sugar and cinnamon into a bag; shake pieces in mixture. Place sugared biscuit pieces into greased pan. Melt butter and brown sugar together and pour over biscuits. Top with chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Let set a few minutes before turning out. Pull apart and eat. Serves 6.
