We LOVE them. Sadly I can't find them fresh to make my own. :(

We had them at a restaurant the other night. They stack them up and put a skewer through them, one sdlice of ripe tomato on the bottom and serve an aioli on the side. We had just about finished them off when I thought of taking a photo.
