Healthy chicken salad sandwich recipe
My friend stopped over and I was starting to make lunch. I asked her what to put in it and this is the delicious and healthy recipe we came up with:
Chicken breast, cooked and chopped
Red pepper hummus
Avocado, mashed (I squished it with my hands lol)
1/4 small red onion
2 dill pickle spears
I threw it on whole wheat tortillas with some baby greens. Absolutely delicious!
