Here's a recipe that a friend makes. I can't tolerate peppers, so I've never made it, but she serves it over a block of cream cheese and people go crazy for it.
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 10-40 minute(s)
Number of servings (yield): 3-4 6 oz. jars (Depending on how long it simmers)
I have also heard of adding a bit of black pepper, but I haven't tried that.
I heard jam was really easy to make. I want to try it sometime. I LOVE strawberry jam!!
I've never added anything but sugar.
I have not made homemade jam before but hope it works out for you.
