My dh loves beef stew, I just buy the Mccormick's seasoning pack and follow the instructions.

If you want easy, my DH LOVES chicken baked in the oven. I cook it with a can of cream of chicken, 1/2 can milk, and a spoonful of cornstarch mixed together and poured over the top. I serve it with mashed potatoes because it makes an awesome gravy for the potatoes as well.

I don't think my hubby has a favorite meal but he does have several that he likes. You could try a casserole in the oven or crockpot. You could also brown some hamburger and when it's done drain and return to skillet. Add a pint of salsa and a can of tomato soup and allow to get warm and the sprinkle with cheese, serve on a bun and you have southwest sloppy joes.

dh does not like a lot that I cook.  I think he said the homemade chicken nuggets were pretty good.

Chicken Nuggets
1 to 2 trays boneless chicken breasts
(I used three trays of  chicken tenders this time and cut the tenders down the middle lengthwise and then cut the 2 lengthwise pieces through the middle to make 4 chunks.)
Flour
Seasonings- your choice
Oil

Wash and cut chicken breasts in strips, season meat
Put flour and seasonings in bag/bowl, etc.
Place chicken strips in bag/bowl and coat with flour
Heat oil in medium to large deep boiler
Place batches of strips in oil and fry until lightly browned
