Meals Made Easy Challenge Day 4: Snack Spread
Have a picnic at home and enjoy snacks for dinner. It might not be something you can do every week, but it can be a fast, simple dinner that keeps the kids happy. If you're feeling really adventurous, put a blanket on the floor or head outside. All these food should be easy to grab from the fridge or cabinets and lay out.
- Crackers and cheese
- Pepperoni
- Olives, carrots, celery
- Cold cuts
- Popcorn

Yes, we try to weekly even indoors and play a game of high low for the week. Every family member shares what are greatest moment of the week was and what the lowest moment of the week was. It teaches kids compassion and empathy and we end it with a new joke to share for laughs and giggles.
We do have snacks somtimes for dinner, however, I loveee breakfast for dinner when we need a quick fix and go menu. What can I say, pancakes, omlettes, french toast, crepes, and hashbrowns are just good anytime of the day! LOL
Oh yea, we usually have snacks for dinner at least once per week!
