I LOVE rice pudding. But I don't make it frequently. Sometimes if I have some leftover rice I will kinda make a mock rice pudding. I just add some milk and sugar, and a bit of cinnamon on top. Some of the best rice pudding I've had was from a german restaurant back in NYC (I miss eating there!)

I've never seen it like the picture either. If it would have been the pic without anything written, I wouldn't have guessed it was rice pudding (it kinda looks more like mashed potatoes to me lol).
