How well will this freeze?

Posted by   + Show Post
It's a dish called a cowboy hot pot. It's a baked dish with fresh veggies and a can of beans. Here are the ingredients:

Potato
Cubed cheese
Green beans
Baked beans
Onion
Red pepper
Carrots
Frozen corn

I already baked it when we had dinner tonight and it made a *huge* amount .

It must have really been good!

We actually ended up eating it all! Which is awesome :) no need for freezing.

Quoting SweetLuci:

Chunks of potato often get mushy when frozen. It will freeze ok, but use it sooner rather than later.

The one ingredient I didnt add to this list is BBQ seasoning. I made it myself *pats back* it was quite scrumptious :)

And it's meatless, inexpensive and sounds very satisfying. You should do a separate post for the whole recipe. I like to use BBQ seasoning in my baked beans.
