 Going to be grilled steaks and stuffed chicken and have veggies and sweet rice on the side.

celebrating DH's bday today, so we will probably eat out earlier this evening.  (He will be away training during his birthday).

fried chicken and mashed potatoes

 I pulled a chicken spaghetti casserole out of the freezer last night to thaw in refrigerator. So all I have to do is stick that in the oven, along with some frozen rolls. I made a marinated salad of tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and green onions a little while ago. So dinner will be easy.

You can actually freeze chicken spaghetti...wow...sounds good...

I have chicken breast in the crockpot with rotel tomatoes, cream of chicken soup, and chicken taco seasoning. Going to serve with corn tortillas, Spanish rice, and refried black beans.
