Your best crockpot recipes

As of today, my fall classes have begun. I have FIVE online academic classes, an 8 month old at home, a 4year old in PreK from 8-2 and a 3 yr old at home, but will be going to preschool beginning next week from 8-11.

I am going to get burnt out quick on my crockpot meals, so I was in hopes you would share yours!!
I have a feeling my crockpot will be the main method of cooking for awhile! My husband works a LOT, so can't let him be in charge or we'll have take out every day!

Cut a roast into small chunks put into crock pot. Add family size can of cream of mushroom soup, can of milk (measured in soup can) packet of Lipton beefy onion soup mix, mushrooms and about a cup of sour cream. Cook on low 6 - 8 hours. Serve over hot cooked noodles or rice. Yummy!

I make the Olive Garden zuppa toscana in the crock pot.

I cut up about 4 large potatoes, or 7-8 red potatoes into pretty small pieces. I put them in the crock pot with enough water to go about an inch above the potatoes. I add some salt and pepper and butter. I let it cook on low for about 4 hours, then I have my crock pot set to go to keep warm. Then I brown some turkey sausage in the pan and add it to the crock pot along with about 4 cups of milk, a little more butter, a head of kale (super veggie) cut up into small pieces, and some parmesan cheese. I let it cook on low for an hour, then it's set to go to warm.

My 6 yr old was eating it when she was 3-4 and she still loves it. Loves the kale!!!

I've been making it for years. I think it's called crock pot beef stroganoff. It's very good and very easy.

Oh, I almost forgot about a recipe my whole family also loves!!!

Pizza Soup (ya, pizza soup)

I get the large can of tomato sauce (maybe 20 oz?) pour it into the crock pot

Then fill it with water twice

add 1-2 cans of the Italian diced tomatoes (I can't remember if I used 1 or 2)

2 -3 cups of diced meatballs (I buy the frozen turkey meatballs and cut them into 4 pieces)

1 package of pepperoni (you can use turkey or the minis or whatever you prefer)

I add a package of fresh mushrooms that I cut up

I also add 1 small onion finely diced

1 small can of black olive rings (my kids like them)

Add a cup of grated parmasean (not the shreds, those melt and become stringy)

I put it on medium for about 4-5 hours then set the crock pot to go to warm. It's a forgiving recipe, so if you want it thicker, less water. You can add any meat you like in it (I would cook it first if it's raw chicken)

When I serve it, I serve with baked garlic bread on the side then I sprinkle some mozzerella and parmesan shreds on top. Tastes like a pizza, but a soup!

I didn't find this in a cook book... I'm the weirdo that just randomly puts food together to come up with stuff.
