We're having something super easy....I'm thinking skillet sensations Terriaky stirfry :) ... We were jsut going to have left over stew but I've decided to freeze it for hubby while im gone this weekend

I was thinking of making mejadra (a midddle eastern rice and lentil dish) but think since we are out prety late today, and DH has a meeting, that it will be Japanese rice bowls. I'll make the mejadra for tomorrow night.

Don't know yet cuz I have no idea how many people I'll be feeding. I'll probably make chicken nuggets and I'm not sure what else (guess I better pull out the chicken lol)
