The recipe looks quick....I have not tried tortellini yet.  Here's one I just googled from halfhourmeals.com

Hamburger Stew

1 lb. ground beef
1 can mixed vegetables, drained
1 small jar spaghetti sauce

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and drain off fat. Return beef to skillet and add drained vegetables and spaghetti sauce. Stir to combine and season to taste with salt and pepper. Simmer on low heat until stew has started to bubble and vegetables are heated through.

Sounds good!  I think I would throw in some frozen peas.  Yum.
