Recipe of the Week, September 9: Mango-Coconut Smoothie
This is so delicious for a quick breakfast or an after school treat.
1 mango, diced
1 tablespoon canned cream of coconut
2 tablespoons milk
2 tablespoons plain or vanilla yogurt
Ice, 1 cup or as needed
Honey , as needed
Blend all ingredients except honey; then add honey as needed to sweeten.
