You can always google one.
I have a recipe for a CHEESECAKE ball with either chocolate chips or nuts, you serve it with Teddy Grahams, graham crackers, Nilla wafers. Let me know if you're interested.

Thanks for the suggestion...but I was hoping someone here had a recipe that they've used before.  I did find some on allrecipes.com but was looking for something tried and true!

This is mine, I use 1 pack of Buddig Beef Sandwich Meat, diced up. 1 pack of cream cheese, 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese, 1/2 ts to 1 ts of garlic powder(depends on your taste), 3 green onions chopped. You really just mix it and shape it into a ball, I usually do this by hand with my rings off, kind of like meatloaf. We have this at every family get together with crackers.

I have a good cheeseball recipe but its more of a dessert.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup confectioners' sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped pecans

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and butter until smooth. Mix in confectioners' sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Stir in chocolate chips. Cover, and chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  2. Shape chilled cream cheese mixture into a ball. Wrap with plastic, and chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  3. Roll the cheese ball in finely chopped pecans before serving.

Saw this on Pinterest and thought it was cute!

Here is what you need:

  • 16oz cream cheese, room temp
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbsp minced onion
  • 3 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cups nacho cheese chips, crumbled
  • top of 1 bell pepper for stem garnish

1. With a mixer, combine cream cheese, cheddar, onion, salsa and cumin. Mix until creamy.

2. Scoop mixture onto plastic wrap and use wrap to form a ball and chill for at least 2 hours.

3. When ready to serve, roll ball into the crushed nacho chips and place bell pepper stem on top. Serve with chips, vegetables or pretzels!
