 Commercially prepared eggnog that you purchase at the store is safe  during pregnancy. It's only if you're making it using raw eggs and leaving them uncooked or if it has liquor that is should be avoided. Only a couple of these recipes contain raw eggs.

 I love this time of year because I can get eggnog. I just had an eggnog shake at Steak N Shake yesterday, my first of the season. So good.
