I'm thinking of lentils with diced up leftover ham. I'm running out of ideas to get rid of this ham lol

When I have a bunch of leftover ham I make a couple of casseroles and then freeze them. So when I don't want to cook I can just take it out, thaw and re-heat.

oh man....was supposed to be ham and beans but i forgot to soak the beans last night. so now, not sure. maybe beef pot pie or leftover turkey noodle casserole.

I am making ham and beans in the crockpot with mine if i ever remember to soak the beans overnight!!

Chicken in poblano pepper salsa, brown rice with veggies and greek salad.

What's the max. you would keep them in the freezer for? If I don't use it all up by tomorrow I will try this.
