Hubby and I made some fried boneless chicken breasts last night. He decided to try adding a little something extra to the flour for the breading. A packet of brown gravy! Oh my goodness! It was delicious! Give it a try sometime.
All I did was season the chicken on one side and then put it in the flour/gravy mix. Then pan fried it. I cut the chicken breasts in half before cooking them because they cook faster that way.
