googled recipe...have not tried this yet.

Chunky Spaghetti Sauce Crockpot Chicken
http://www.talkingdollarsandcents.net/chunky-spaghetti-sauce-crockpot-chicken

4-6 skinless frozen chicken breasts (boneless)
1 – 26 oz jar of chunky spaghetti sauce
Grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Cover the inside of the crockpot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place the chicken and sauce in the crockpot.
Cover and cook for 4-6 hours on high.
I usually top my chicken with grated parmesan cheese.

Slow Cooked Buffalo Chicken - (freezer meal option)
http://onceamonthmom.com/slow-cooked-buffalo-chicken/

3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken
12 ounces Buffalo wing sauce
1 ounce dry Ranch dressing mix

Place chicken, Buffalo sauce, and Ranch mix in a slow cooker. Cook on high 3-4 hours or low 5-6 hours or until meat easily shreds with two forks (time will depend on how many servings you are making.). Shred and serve shredded meat in toasted deli rolls, on nachos, over hot cooked noodles or rice, etc.  *You may want to add a touch more Buffalo sauce to the cooked meat when you serve, to taste.

Freezing Directions:
Prepare meat as above and allow to cool after shredding. Portion into freezer bags, seal, label, and freeze. To serve: Reheat in microwave, stovetop, or slow cooker until warm and serve in toasted deli rolls, on nachos, over hot cooked noodles or rice, etc. Alternative: place chicken, sauce, and dressing mix in freezer bags. Seal, label, and freeze. To prepare: Thaw. Place contents of bag in slow cooker and cook on low 6-7 hours or until meat easily shreds with two forks. Serve as indicated.
Servings: 8

This is good!!

Honey Sauced Chicken

3/4 pound chicken (of your choice)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/8 cup chopped onion (or 1/16 cup onion flakes)
1/8 cup ketchup
1 Tbs. vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes

Season both sides of chicken with salt and pepper, put into crock pot. In a small bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, oil, garlic and pepper flakes. Pour over chicken. Cook on low for 3 hours or on high 1 1/2 hours. Chicken into bite size pieces, then return to pot and toss with sauce. Serve over rice or noodles.

To bake chicken as a 30 minute meal:
Dice chicken and season both sides with salt and pepper, place in 8x8 pan. Pour sauce over chicken and bake at 350 for 20 minutes, stirring after 10 minutes.

Serves 2.

Also good!

Slow-Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
adapted from Bubble Crumb

Ingredients:
1lb of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts (about 2-3)
2 cans (10.5oz) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup
1 can (14oz) Chicken Broth
1 medium White Onion, diced
4 Large Flaky Refrigerator Biscuits (half a can)

Place thawed chicken in crock pot.  Top with cream of chicken soup, chicken broth and diced onions.  Cook on High for 4-6 hours or Low for 8 hours.  Do not stir while cooking.

Cut each uncooked biscuit into 9 small pieces and stir into the chicken mixture.  Continue to cook on High for 30 minutes.  Remove chicken from slow-cooker and shred with a fork.  Return to slow-cooker and stir everything together.  Serve hot.
