I like to put chicken in the crockpot with salsa and a little taco seasoning, and then top with cheese when cooked through.

 This is good.

Crockpot Chicken Soup
4  chicken breasts
2 cans Cream of Chicken with Herbs soup
2 cans water
6 - 8 potatoes, cut into chunks.

Place all ingredients into the crock pot and cook on low for 6-8 hours. You don't have to cut up the chicken. When it's done, you can flake the chicken with a fork.

Kielbasa, Cabbage, and Onions in the Crock Pot

cooking spray

1 small heads of cabbage, cored and cut into wedges ( about 2 1/2 lbs)

1 medium onions, halved and thinly sliced

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon brown mustard

1 lb kielbasa, cut into 3-inch pieces

Coat the slow cooker crock with cooking spray. Add all the ingredients except the kielbasa to the crock, tossing so that the cabbage is well-coated with the broth and seasonings. Top mixture with kielbasa.

Cover and cook on LOW for 7 hours; give mixture a good stir, then cook 1 hour more.

Season and brown chicken breasts (I use boneless and skinless). Do not cook through. Just brown to seal in juices. Put in crockpot. Add 2 can of cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken, etc). 2 cans of milk and a can of drained French style green beans. Cook on high for about 3 hours or low for about 6. Serve over rice or buttered noodles. I've never had this come out dry. The soup makes a nice gravy.

Can also use boneless pork chops too.
