Do you have cheese? I bake chicken with salsa over the top and in the last couple minutes top with cheese for a mexican chicken.

Do you have cream of chicken?? I also do chicken with a can of cream of chicken mixed with 1/2 can of milk. Pour mix over chicken and bake. It makes a really good gravy for the potatoes you have!

I like to cook chicken breast in a skillet with the salsa and then cover with cheese.  You can cut it up and then put in the tacos or just make some pasta on the side w/a veggie..
