Italian Sausage Pie
(From Betty Crocker Bisquick Impossibly Easy Pies - 2004)
1/2 pound bulk Italian Sausage
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (4 oz.)
1/2 cup Original Bisquick mix
1 cup milk
1. Heat oven to 400. spray pie plate, 9 x 1 1/4 inches, with cooking spray. Cook sausage in 10 inch skillet over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink; drain. sprinkle sausage and cheese in pie plate.
2. Stir remaining ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3. Bake about 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
