Takeout! lol Typically i am out and about at lunch time so i grab something while i am out. If i am home, i eat leftovers.

turkey or chicken wraps.. with low fat cream cheese, tortilla, lettuce, and turkey or chicken. YUM!

Usually a sandwich, it's quick and easy, and since it's normally just me at lunch time that's what I value most, lol.
