I like variety. Some ideas:
Oatmeal with raisins or dried cranberries or walnuts
Crepes with different filling
Breakfast sandwiches made with bread, toast, Eng Muffins, biscuits, croissants or rolls-fillings including scrambled or fried eggs, sausage patties or links, smoked sausage, ham or bacon
Hot rice with raisins, brown sugar and milk (tasts like rice pudding)
Corned beef hash & eggs
Eggs Benedict
Biscuits & gravy
Smoked sausage or Italian sausage and eggs
Omeletes-using various cheeses like Cheddar, Swiss, Havarti, feta or mexican blend with peppers, onions, mushrooms, spinach, ham, sausage or bacon. Mix and match.
Cinnamon Rolls
Boiled eggs
breakfast casseroles
Smoothies- lots of different flavors, banana chocolate peanut butter is a favorite
Toasted Banana bread with peanut butter
Zucchini bread with grapefruit halves
Muffins-lots of different varities
yogurt and granola parfaits
Egg in a basket, toad in a hole, man on a raft (grill a slice of bread with a hole cut in the middle, an egg dropped in the middle)
French toast
Yogurt parfaits. You can buy cheap vanilla yogurt, frozen berries (or fresh if they're on sale), and then add granola. Granola's easy to make on your own and way cheaper - all you need is rolled oats, a little honey, oil, cinnamon and brown sugar, and then you can add in nuts and dried fruit if you want.
french toast, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, eggs on the weekends
muffins, cereal, toast during the week
