I would make a dip or goulash.

Here's a dip that my family likes this one:

1 lbs of hamburger or ground turkey

1 pint of salsa (whatever you like)

1 can (10 3/4 oz) of Campbell's Fiesta Nacho Cheese soup

Valletta cheese (about 1/2 the block)

1 can of diced black olives (optional)

Brown the meat and drain. While the meat is cooking add salsa, soup and Valletta cheese in a medium size pan or crock pot on medium heat until cheese has melted (make sure that you stir so the cheese doesn't burn).  When the cheese has melted turn the heat down to low.  Add meat and mix together.  You can either add the black olives in the dip or have them on the side.

The way that I eat this dip is to place chips on a plate and then put the dip on chips.  My hubby does not like black olives so I top the dip and chips with olives.

Goulash:

1 lb hamburger

1 small onion; diced (optional)

salt and pepper to taste

ketchup and mustard to taste

1 can tomato soup/sauce

1 can of diced tomatoes

macaroni noodles

Boil noodles until until tender. While that is boiling brown hamburger and add onion when the meat is almost done. Drain the meat. Add salt, pepper, ketchup and mustard to taste. Add a tomato soup and mix well. The noddles should be done so drain the noodles and add the can of diced tomatoes and then add meat mixture. Stir until blended and serve.
