I made this chicken and veggie dish, with squash, cauliflower, and zucchini. Quite delicious. Even the boy, who usually has an aversion to veggies, was able to be coaxed info eating it.

I made pork chops with oven roasted baby red potatoes and avocado for dH

ds had pork chop, oven roasted baby red potatoes, peas and carrots, and applesauce

i don't eat pork so I had stuffed green peppers, dh doesn't eat them so when I make them I freeze them for when I make pork. I had applesauce and steamed rice with it.

Today I am gonna make dh chicken breast with mashed potatoes. I have to pack his dinner and he will take it with him when he comes home for lunch. He works late on Mondays so I send him dinner. If I don't he will eat nasty McDonald's or something equally gross.

I think me and ds will have some homemade Mac and cheese with lots of broccoli in it.
