I'm craving vegetable soup so darn bad but my new born takes all of my time and I have no one to watch her so I can cook, and I need to eat lol. So does anyone know of a quick and easy vegetable soup recipe that I can make while she naps? Thanks to everyone ahead of time :)

Hi, these are two 3 ingredient recipe recipes for soup that I had in my files....I have not tried these yet...

HAMBURGER VEGETABLE SOUP/cooks.com
2 lbs. hamburger
2 cans tomato soup, add 2 cans of water
2 cans mixed vegetables

Brown 2 pounds of hamburger (drain grease). Add 2 cans of Campbell's tomato soup, then add 2 cans of mixed vegetables. Let simmer 30 to 45 minutes, ready to eat.

3 Ingredient Vegetable Beef Soup/recipezaar.com
1 lb extra lean ground beef
48 ounces V8 vegetable juice
2 (16 ounce) packages frozen mixed vegetables

Brown and drain beef. Place in slow cooker with remaining ingredients. Cook on high 1 hour and then on low for 6 to 8 hours.
Original Poster's Note:  ***I like to use spicy V-8.

I suggest you just throw a bunch if veggies in the crockpot. Seems pretty easy.

I just use onion, potato, carrots, a can of diced tomatoes, and frozen mixed vegetables (green beans, corn, peas...). I cook it all in beef stock. I usually put cubed sirloin steak in mine as well. I usually season and then sear the steak first. It's pretty easy and really flavorful.
