I hard boiled 4 eggs. I took two of those, two cans of tuna fish, some pickle relish, mayo, mustard, fine chopped onion. Mixed together really well.
Then I took those 2 other hard boiled eggs, and made deviled eggs with them. I took mayo, mustard, the egg yolk. Mixed that together really well. Then filled the egg halves with it, and topped it with paprika. Turned out to be a very filling and delicious meal.
The eggs gave us a little extra protein.
We don't eat too many meals in one day. Me and my Dh I mean. Our son eats 3 meals a day, plus 1 or 2 snacks a day.
