Clean eating?

Anyone do "clean eating" and if so can you explain to me exactly what it is. I have tried looking it up and cannot get a clear idea. Does it include dairy??

That answered my question. I am trying to go dairy free and it does still include dairy.

I would check out paleo mommas group on cm. That might help you.

Look up Arbonne. A friend of mine is a consultant. They have 30-day Living Well Packs and 7- day cleanse packs and I know they base everything on a vegan lifestyle, so they are dairy free. You eat regular (clean) foods as well, but it has you cut out dairy, gluten, etc. hope this helps.
