My DS loves these taters.
- Red potatoes (1-2 per person) can use reg. spuds.
- 2 -3 tablespoons of butter (depending on ur diet)
- Meat tenderizer
- Diced onion and garlic (not necessary)
Preheat oven to 350.
Wash and cube the taters (I leave the skins on unless its reg spuds)
Finely dice half onion, and 1 small garlic.
Bring out cookie sheet, and place a strip of tin-foil.
place a quarter of taters on center of foil
Add some butter, onions,garlic, and meat tenderizer (lightly covering top)
Repeat until finished.
Wrap up in the tin-foil and seal all sides and top.
Place in oven for about 35-45 mins
this is simple, easy, and while its cooking u can prepare rest of meal.
I normally cook this with rosemary baked chicken. can put both in oven and just have to worry about the veggi. so while my yummy dinner is cooking i can watch my show, or play with DS!
