Alfredo sauce, garlic butter sauce, clam sauce?

i love tortellini with prosciutto and peas (in a cream sauce).  Sorry the link isn't clickable, I am on an iPad!

CHICKEN PICCATA PENNE

Healthy and delicious!

INGREDIENTS
8 oz penne pasta
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 tbs olive oil
1 tbs butter
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 tbs flour
1-1/2 cups chicken broth (or you can use 1 cup chick broth and 1/2 cup white wine)
2 tbs lemon juice

DIRECTIONS
1. Cook pasta according to package directions.  Drain.
2. Coat skillet with non-stick cooking spray.  Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and add to skillet.  Add to skillet and brown on all sides over med-high heat (about 4-5 minutes).  Remove chicken from pan.

3. Reduce heat to medium.  Add olive oil and butter.  Let butter melt.  Add garlic and saute for one minute.  Add flour and cook until thick and bubbly (1-2 minutes).  Whisk in lemon juice and chicken broth.
*If using wine add that here*
4. Add chicken back to pan and heat through.  Toss hot pasta with chicken and sauce.

It's very yummy! Even my picky eater loved it. I even tried it with chicken pieces once instead of shrimp.

Want an alfredo pasta? I do mine with lobster but can be done with shrimp or chicken.
