I try to vary it a lot, so no one meat "most often".

I cook chicken breasts the most. We try to limit our beef to about once a week.

Chicken

Followed by pork or ham

And Beef here and there (occasional roast or steak)

Venison. Never beef. I sometimes refer to our venison as beef bc it grosses some people out ;) Organic chicken breasts.

 I think it's good to have a lot of variety, so different cuts of pork, beef, chicken, turkey, ham, and lots of seafood like  shrimp, fish, crab, oysters, and mussels.
