Do you have something that you have never cooked with that you may be a little leary about trying?

Nope. I'm willing to give just about anything non-poisonous a try to cook with.

No, I think I've tried most things. There's so much information now on the internet, recipes with information and videos to help, that it makes it easier to cook anything you want that you haven't tried before, and lots of moms here that can answer questions and give helpful hints.

I was scared of yeast at first too. I called my mom like 5 times while making a pizza dough. Now it's not so bad. Just takes some practice :)

Yeast is kinda easy actually.

I would say go to the cooler section where you get your butter and things like that and look up. There should be boxes with packets, that have three hooked together. With Fleishmann's written on it. Pizza yeast. (It's the same as any other yeast) The difference is that there is a recipe on the back. Follow that recipe and you will have a wonderful pizza and an easy recipe to start off with using yeast.

Then go to bread.
