I just wanted to share this recipe that I make a lot. The whole family loves it.
3 cans of corn
1 package of cream cheese (I use the 1/3 less fat kind)
4 oz pepper jack cheese grated
a splash of milk
I just heat the corn up, drain it, add the cheeses and a splash of milk and heat until melted. We like things spicy so sometimes I dice up jalapenos (the ones in vinegar that you put on nachos) and throw some of those in there for some added kick. Enjoy!
