1 mom liked this
2 3/4 cups flour
5 tablespoons vegetable shortening
3/4 cup warm water
3/4 teaspoon salt

Combine flour and shortening together, mixing with fingers until shortening is completely incorporated into flour. Combine salt in warm water until it dissolves. Add salt water into flour mixture. Mix all ingredients together with a fork or fingers until a dough forms.
Turn dough onto a lightly floured surface until dough becomes smooth. Roll into a log and cut into 12 pieces. Cover with plastic and allow to rest for 20 minutes.
Preheat skillet on medium high setting. Roll out dough balls to about 7 inches. Cook dough in skillet (about 30 seconds on each side). Dough will sizzle when cooking. Store in foil until ready to use.

They are really good. I'm going to make them instead of buying them. It only takes like 45 minutes to a hour from start to finish.
