Whole chickens?  Legs?  Thighs?  Breasts??  I have a ton of chicken breast recipes I can share.  Let us know what parts of the chicken you have.

Boil a whole chicken, add poultry seasoning to the water. Pull out and when cool, pull the meat off. Add as much meat as you want back into broth. Add thinly sliced carrots and celery, and egg or homemade noodles. Season to taste and serve over mashed potatoes.
With remaining meat, chop it up and mix with cream cheese, mayo, and a little seasoning salt and/or curry powder if you like and spread on sandwiches. Food.com and tasteofhome.com are my favorite sites for recipes.

Chicken mixed with mayo, grapes and walnuts served in a endive lettuce leaf is yummy!!! I make homemade popcorn chicken bites by dicing chicken breast into cubes coating with bread crumbs, flour and spice mixture and then baking. You can freeze large quantities and reheat for quick lunches. We love to BBQ drumsticks in the warmer weather. I like to marinate them in Italian dressing first. Mmmmmmm chicken lol!

I've been throwing boneless, skinless breasts in the slowcooker with a can of cream of chicken soup. Yummy and easy.
