Chop it up for baked potatoes, casseroles or freeze it.

Fry it up to go with eggs instead of bacon.

Make soup.

Add to rice dishes.

Omelets, freeze some to go in pinto or navy beans (save the bone for it too), tetrazini with ham in it, get the loose frozen hasbrowns  and mix it with cheese and ham and bake it all together, shoot if your totally broke you can even get some boxed macaroi and cheese and mix ham in with it, (or if your kids are the kind that adore that  boxed mac and cheese to add some protein to it), or can make homemade mac and cheese and add ham to it..  I won a HUGE whole ham at Christmas which we finally ate last night, had 30lb ham and only 6 people to eat it so I have lots left over myself.. lol
