I'm hoping to get some ideas...

If anyone wants to throw a new chicken recipe at me I'd appreciate it!

A few weeks ago there was a post about a lady looking for chicken recipes. Hope it helps.

 I'll check that out!

Thanks.

Mix 1 packet dry ranch mix with 1/4 c mayo, 1/4 c sour cream, and 1/2 c shredded cheddar. Spread on breasts or boneless, skinless thighs. Sprinkle plain breadcrumbs over top and spray with cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 25-30 min or longer if using dark meat.
It's so easy and melts in your mouth. I use light mayo and sour cream and doesn't affect the taste at all.
