Well I make meat loaf, hamburgers, mac'n'cheese w/ ground beef.

Meat Loaf: one medium onion, bbq, salt, cumin, pepper, round crackers, and 1-2pounds ground meat. Thaw ground meat. Dice onion. Crush round crackers. Mix all ingredients together and shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about 45minutes - 1 hour.

OR.....make a box of mac'n'cheese, make like directed and just add browned ground meat, add whatever seasons you want. Sometimes I add sauteed green pepper and tomatoes too, or a can of tomatoes and green chilis.

OR.......hamburgers, make just like the meat loaf but shape into patties and either grill, broil, or bake at 350degrees for about 5-10minutes per side (depending on how well you like it done).

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safety in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming, "WOO HOO, what a ride!!!"

I did this a couple nights ago.
2lb ground meat (any kind works)
1 small bottle favorite BBQ sauce
1/4c ketchup
2-3 tablespoons honey or brown sugar
1tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Brown meat, pour off any fat and return to skillet. Add remaining ingredients, and you can either simmer on low 10 minutes or place in crockpot on low 2-3 hours. Spoon over hamburger buns.
Add 1lb, browned, to 3-4 cans baked beans and heat, and serve with biscuits and salad for complete meal.

1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper

In large, heavy skillet and over medium heat, brown the beef. Stir to break up. Remove with slotted spoon. Sauté the onion, green pepper and garlic in the drippings. Add all remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer 15 minutes or until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
