I made a fantastic Chicken Teriyaki dish tonight!
I just wanted to share!
I cooked some brown rice and layered it in the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
I marinated some chicken in Teriyaki (I did 5 large breasts)
I placed the marinated chicken on top of the rice, and then dumped the rest of the teriyaki on top
I then put some minced garlic, garlic powder, salt and pepper on top of the chicken
I then cut up a red, orange, yellow, green pepper, and sweet onion to cover the chicken with
And baked on 400 for about 55 minutes! (I started checking my chicken at 45minutes)
Big hit! My skimpy eating daughter even had two helpings!!
There is no way to be a perfect mother, and a million ways to be a good one.
