 Chicken Casserole..

Cook chicken and cut up into bite sized pieces
Cook egg noodles and drain
Add the chicken to the eggs noodles

Then in a bowl mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup... 1 cup milk.. 1 can corn (I have also used green beans and it was good!).. 1 tbsp melted butter... Mix it together, pour of the chicken and eggs noodles in a casserole dish, stir and then add chedar cheese to the top...

Bake at 400 for 30 minutes.

Another super easy chicken recipe I mak often.. Taken boneless chicken breasts, put them in a casserole pan.. Make stove stop stuffing (according to box directions).. Put it over top of the chicken and make it until the chicken is done.

Another side is seasoned potato wedges...

2 tbsp oil (I use vegetable)
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp chili powder

Cut potatoes into wedges (6-8 wedges per potato)..
Toss wedges in your oil..Spread on tin foil lined cookie sheet
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl, sprinkle over potatoes... .

Bak 30-35 minutes (until done) at 375

Crockpot BBQ chicken.. (I make this at least 3 times a month and serve with baked potatoes)

4-6 boneless chicken (Frozen)
1 bottle BBQ sauce
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Put frozen chicken in crock pot, dump rest of ingredients on top. Stir as best as you can, put lid on, cook on LOW 4-6 hours.

rice, beans, salsa, shredded lettuce wrapped in a tortilla. Simple, kinda cheap, really good.

And once a month I make what we call a HOBO Dinner..

it's kielbasa cut into slices
a few pototoes cut up
carrots and onions sliced

Mix it all together, salt and pepper it. Put it in a casserole dish and dot with butter, cover and bake at 350 until potates and carrots are tender.
