The crock pot is your friend.

One of my family's favorites, and I don't measure how much onion and garlic in this, just what I think looks good!

Pur some minced garlic and onion (sliced into rings) in your crockpot
Top with chicken breasts (or tenderloins).
Top the chicken with a can of cream of celery and a can of cream of chicken, add some more onion and garlic.
Let it cook about 6 hours on low.
Thirty minutes before serving, stir in half a cup of sour cream.

This is great.  You can put it over egg noodles, mashed potatoes, rice, whatever.

Oh, ribs in the crockpot!

Put your ribs in the crockpot, pour bbq sauce over them and cook on low 6-7 hours.

Remove ribs and bbq sauce from crockpot and put them in a baking dish and put it under your broiler for a bit (10 minutes maybe).   They're great and have that "sticky" feel when you eat ribs at restaurants.

Spaghetti can be very simple.
Chicken pot pie using frozen veggies, premade pie crust and rotisserie chicken
Brown sugar and Italian seasoning chicken thighs
I use the crockpot a lot too. Ranch porkchops with potatoes in the crockpot is easy and yum

Hopefully this post will be a good one. Its too hot to cook here.
Smoothies, fruit salad and cheese cubes, the obvious sandwiches, pasta and potato salad, cobb salad... These all work for lunch or a light dinner.
For something a little heartier...
Cobb salad could work, the sell already cooked chicken you could use. Bfast for dinner could work occasionally with frozen waffles if you use a decent kind, maybe bacon or sausage and fruit salad. Sea food, needs to be cooked but its usually pretty easy. Ill cone back after my coffee. I'm sure I can think of others.

 Here's an easy recipe:

Pepperoni Chicken

6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

24 pepperoni slices

6 slices mozzarella cheese

In a well greased skillet, brown chicken on both sides

Place chicken in a 9x13 " baking pan that has been sprayed with cooking spray.

Arrange 4 pepperoni slices over each piece of chicken and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven, top each chicken piece with a slice of mozzarella and bake 5 minutes more until cheese is melted.
