I think I'm going to be roasting beef today, then cutting it into 'tips'. then making some egg noodles and some gravy. To make our own "hamburger helper" type meal. It tastes really good and has a lot less salt and stuff in it.

I will also be starting my beef, veggie soup with cabbage.

im not sure yet i have corn on the cob i need to use...i have stuff to make pizza..but i dont really want that the kids want taco pasta...

I'm going to wing it and try making some small sweet peppers, stuffed with mexican-spiced chicken, rice and cheese, baked in a bechamel cheese sauce. Hoping it will be good!

We have a birthday party today so, dinner needs to be quick and easy. We are having pizza and salad.

I got good Deli Lunchmeat and Sub Buns so Subs and chips.

 Not often that I get out thedeep  fryer but tonight it was deep fried fish, okra, summer squash and hushpuppies with coleslaw.
